Tutors release harness

What the release harness says about Tutors. A report compares two sets of Tutors images and fails on any observable difference no claim covers. The score beside it is advisory: it never changes a verdict.

A3 Aggregator: the whole release on one sheet

A Lean A3 built from every report below and the kaizen register: the Gate and the score, the value stream from merge to production, the Paretos of what stops the line, the root causes with their 5 Whys, and the countermeasures, plan and follow-up.

What main would ship today

The latest Main to RC forecast: the monorepo's main judged as if it were cut as a release candidate now, against the release in production. This is what every release report looks like: the Gate first, then the Release Confidence Score and its band, then the places to look, then what changed. A forecast, never a gate.

Release scoreboard

Visual management over time: the six trend views (the Release Confidence Score against its bands, the eight dimensions, masks, claims, hotspots, per-file risk), the run rules that open kaizen items, and the harness's own health. The numbers behind it are scoreboard.json.

Release candidates

Release mode on each candidate the monorepo cut, against production. The verdict that gates the release.

Main to RC, every forecast

Each morning, main's newest signed images judged as if main were a release candidate. A forecast, never a gate: every unclaimed diff is a claim or a fix the next release will need. The newest is the one above.

Rehearsals

Beside each forecast and release candidate: the migration rehearsal (the candidate's new migrations applied on production's schema, held to the expand/contract rule, then restored) and the upgrade rehearsal (production switched to the candidate mid-way through a load test). Verdicts are read from the readiness page when it has them.

Nightly noise

Production against itself. Any diff here is noise the harness must learn to ignore; a release can only fail on a clean, fresh night.
